The National Music Centre (NMC) returns with its free afternoon music series, Sundays in C-Square in East Village’s open-air urban square, running every Sunday between 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm, August 13 to September 3, 2017.
From psych-rock to rockabilly and Americana to Celtic tunes, soak up the sun as local performers light up East Village. Weather permitting.
“With the success of last year’s concert series, we are thrilled to bring back this free event to East Village,” says Adam Fox, NMC’s Director of Programs. “We love seeing our community activated with live music, and it’s a great way to get to know some of the city’s emerging artists.”
C-Square is located at the corner of 7th Avenue and 4th Street SE in East Village. Image supplied by East Village Calgary.
