NMC announces Adam Fox as new Director of Programs

Aug 07, 2014

The National Music Centre is pleased to announce that Adam Fox has joined the NMC team as Director of Programs.
Fox brings a wealth of public programming experience and an extensive knowledge of music to NMC. He joins the team at a critical time in our transition as we move closer to the launch of our expanded programming vision in the new building in 2016.
“NMC is positioning itself as a central hub for Canadian music, and also as a lens through which Canada can view the music of the world. I am excited to be a part of this ambitious project and work with the incredible team there to create programming for music lovers of all ages, genres and backgrounds,” said Fox.
Fox has extensive experience in radio, having managed community-based radio stations in Windsor, Toronto, and most recently Edmonton where he was the Content Director for the CKUA Radio Network. He also has experience in programming and new media, with a focus on storytelling and nurturing emerging talent. Fox has also been a member of NMC’s National Exhibitions Advisory Committee since May 2013. In his spare time, Fox writes and performs music of his own.
NMC also recently welcomed Julijana Capone to the team as Publicity Coordinator.
