Calgary lo-fi soul act Sargeant X Comrade break down the making of its deep house-inspired track “Love Someone,” about unrequited love. The group also shares some of the instruments used to create the song, which resulted from a 2022 artist residency at Studio Bell, home of the National Music Centre.
