An established favourite in the Calgary spoken word scene, Priscille Bukasa has been writing and performing for over 10 years. Along with her passion for performance, she believes strongly in supporting the next generation of artists, lending her expertise to up-and-coming young poets.
In 2022, One Big JAM partnered with the National Music Centre (NMC), Scotiabank Backbeat, and Calgary Arts Development to showcase five artists from the Calgary community at Studio Bell: ZENON+, Wyatt C. Louis, Kate Stevens, Priscille Bukasa, and Tendavillage.
