Hear reggae artist Duane Forrest perform songs originally recorded with the legendary Rolling Stones Mobile Studio.
Following his sold-out show, Bob Marley: How Reggae Changed the World, Forrest had the chance to perform alongside the very same mobile unit that recorded Bob Marley’s Live! at London’s Lyceum Theatre in 1975.
Forrest’s session included renditions of Bob Marley’s « No Woman, No Cry » and Neil Young’s « Harvest Moon, » both recorded with the legendary truck, and an original song, called « Black Vineyards. »
The Rolling Stones Mobile Studio is now part of the National Music Centre’s living collection, which allows artists to use history to make history.
